The structure is created in CAD and successively realized in the preferred location, through the combination and overlap (up to 3 floors) of prebuilt units, which consist of a steel structure dabbed with appropriate thick insulating panels.
Window fixtures complete the external structure and on each unit are built systems such as the electrical, the water plumbing, the air-conditioning and all the other necessary equipment which is able to provide a better comfort including, if necessary, the supply of furniture and external silkscreen printings.
The complex structure is, therefore, created by the overlap and the combination of more than one basic prefab module, available in different sizes and separately too, with the possibility to provide them with either standard (toilet, shower, sink) or customized furnishings.
The installation of chemical toilets with an integrated internal tank system for the liquid collection, highly recommended for locations where there is no sewage system, complete the offer.
